Keep it looking its best
- Wipe away oils and fingerprints with a soft, non-abrasive cloth after wearing.
- For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and a little mild soap. Rinse gently and dry with a soft cloth.
- Store it separately in its pouch to help prevent scratches and tangles.
- Keep bleach, chlorine and harsh cleaners away from the piece. Avoid spraying perfume directly onto it.

If something isn’t right
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to start a return or exchange. The return window is 7 days from receipt.
- Eligible change-of-mind or size exchanges must be unworn and unused.
- Return delivery is at the customer’s expense.

This piece is covered by a 1-year warranty.
- If it tarnishes, breaks or snaps by accident during the cover period, we’ll replace it free of charge.
- Loss, theft and damage from improper use are not covered.

Which chain length should I choose?
Lay a necklace you like flat and measure it from clasp to end, including the clasp. Compare that measurement with the length options above. A shorter chain sits higher; a longer one gives more drop.
Buying a gift? Measuring a chain they already wear is more reliable than guessing from their height.
