- Wipe away oils and fingerprints with a soft, non-abrasive cloth after wearing.
- For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and a little mild soap. Rinse gently and dry with a soft cloth.
- Store it separately in its pouch to help prevent scratches and tangles.
- Keep bleach, chlorine and harsh cleaners away from the piece. Avoid spraying perfume directly onto it.

Delivery estimates start after your order has been processed. Weekend orders are prepared from Monday. Busy Christmas periods may take longer.
If something isn’t right
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to start a return or exchange. The return window is 7 days from receipt.
- Eligible change-of-mind or size exchanges must be unworn and unused.
- Return delivery is at the customer’s expense.

What does the warranty cover?
This piece is covered by a 1-year warranty.
- If it tarnishes, breaks or snaps by accident during the cover period, we’ll replace it free of charge.
- Loss, theft and damage from improper use are not covered.

What can I engrave?
Front engraving is included: up to 20 characters for a name, initials, date or short message.
Back engraving is an optional TT$100 extra. Arrange this with our team if it isn’t available in the options above.
Your wording is engraved as submitted. Check spelling, numbers and dates carefully before ordering.
How does the adjustable chain work?
Fasten the clasp into a different link on the extender to change where the necklace sits. Use the first link for the shortest fit and the last link for the full length.
This necklace adjusts from 18″ to 20″ with its 2″ extender.
Does it come gift ready?
